Delivery
We deliver within South Africa to Regional Towns at a flat rate. Additional courier charges apply for outlining towns, which will be added to your order upon agreement between the Provider and the Customer. Once proof of Payment is received, the purchase will be collected by DSV on the next working day and should reach the customer within 5 (five) working days.
Delivery times provided are guidelines and not binding or guaranteed by Silverby-E. Deliveries are made door to door or to your closest DSV Locker (please add your preferred locker to your delivery address), except in the case of another agreement. If the ordered product is unavailable, you will be informed by Silverby-E shortly after placing the order.
Note: Orders will not be processed, dispatched, or delivered on public holidays, which will delay the delivery by at least one further day. Additional shipping costs may be charged for unsuccessful delivery or refused acceptance. All prices exclude delivery fees. Discounts do not apply to delivery fees.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order within reason, please contact us via info@silverby-e.co.za within five business days of receiving your order. You can exchange items for those of equal value or pay the difference for an upgrade. Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, no earrings can be returned.
If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us at info@silverby-e.co.za immediately upon receipt. All shipping, tracking, and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the consumer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. It is recommended to ship with shipping insurance, although not mandatory.
Important: Refunds will only be processed once the item is received. The initial postage and packaging charge are non-refundable for unsuitable item returns. If items are found to be damaged prior to delivery or defective (through no fault of your own), we will replace the items or refund the price paid, including any shipping charges, provided that you have not worn, used, or damaged the items. Silverby-E reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee on refunds for unsuitable items.
